Banana, Choc & PB Smoothie
Basically a Wendy’s Frosty, only better and more versatile because it’s breakfast, snack or dessert approved!

INGREDIENTS
1 Frozen Banana
1 Scoop of Nutratech Chocolate Protein Powder
1 Tbs Cocoa Powder
1 Small Handful of Spinach or Kale
60 ml Natural Yoghurt (I like this one by De Winkel)
100 ml Almond Milk (or your preferred milk of choice)
Nut Mix In’s: 1 Tbs Peanut Butter OR 1 Tbs PB2 Powder OR 2 Tbs Raw Mixed Nuts
Optional Mix In’s: 1 Tbs Linseed, 1 Tbs Chia Seeds
METHOD
Break the banana into chunks
In a nutri bullet mix all the ingredients together (plus your choice of mix in’s) until smooth
