Building Resilience Through Breath is an 8-week program split into four stages, designed for people who struggle with anxiety.

In the program we take a look at and address:

  • What anxiety is and why we get these overwhelming thoughts and feelings

  • Why nasal breathing is crucial to combating anxiety

  • How the respiratory system influences our state of mind, and how that can lead to fatigue, anxiety, and depression

  • Breathing drills that are progressed over an 8-week period

  • Lymphatic massage and Vagus Nerve drills to help shift the body into a parasympathetic state to create change and calm the mind
