My focus is to get bodies moving, working and feeling better.
Rejecting the traditional approach of addressing areas of concern in isolation, my programmes recognise that the body is made up of a complex set of sub-systems which are key to recovery and performance. This corrective care enables the restoration of freedom through mind, breath and movement so clients can perform at their best.
Goals are as varied and unique as each client, but every journey starts with an 'I want'. To feel better? To be better? To release myself from chronic pain and injuries that are holding me back? To increase my performance at the gym, on the field or elsewhere? Whatever the motivation, commitment a program will address pain and improve performance while supporting mobility.
Key focus areas that we'll likely explore together include mobility, breath, habits, stress management, sustenance and athleticism.
All programmes include regular adjustments, one-on-one assistance and progressions throughout.

Complete a range of app-based assessments, in both text and video form, which are essential in order to understand how best to get you feeling your best. Assessments are highly personalised and in-depth for a holistic approach, covering elements such as medical history, lifestyle, stress, intentions and goals as well as physical tests which review your movement, posture, breath and more.

We will then schedule a zoom consultation, taking a deep dive into your assessments which will build the foundation of your programme. This will then be uploaded onto your app, complete with instructions and video tutorials.
