Banana Protein Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Scoops (2 servings) Nuzest Clean Lean Protein (Vanilla) [use code RSF15 for 15% off your order]

  • 1 Large Ripe Banana

  • Dash of Cinnamon

  • 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder

  • 1/4 Tsp Salt

  • 2 Large Eggs

METHOD

  1. In two separate bowls, separate the egg yolks from the egg whites

  2. Beat the egg whites with an electric beater (or by hand) for several minutes until they form soft peaks, then set aside

  3. In the second bowl (with the egg yolks), slice and mash the banana with the egg yolks, then add the remaining ingredients and beat until smooth

  4. Fold 1/3 of the egg whites into the banana mixture until combined

  5. Fold 1/2 of the remaining egg whites into the mixture; then add the remaining egg whites into the mixture and continue to fold until combined

  6. Bring a non-stick frying pan to a medium heat and then add a small amount of oil or butter to the pan

  7. Use a 1/4 Cup to pour each pancake into the pan; cook on one side until multiple bubbles appear, then flip and cook the other side
