Vanilla Protein Mug Cake

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Scoops (1 serving) Nuzest Clean Lean Protein (Vanilla) [use code RSF15 for 15% off your order]

  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder

  • 1 Tbs Coconut Flour

  • 1 Tbs Stevia

  • 1 Whole Egg

  • 1/4 C Plant Based Milk - e.g. almond, coconut, hemp or cashew milk

  • Dash of Vanilla Essence

  • Sprinkle of Chocolate Chips

METHOD

  1. Grease a coffee mug with olive or coconut oil cooking spray

  2. Add the protein powder, baking powder, coconut flour and stevia; mix well

  3. Add the egg and mix

  4. Add the milk and vanilla essence and continue to mix until all is combined

  5. Add chocolate chips to the top and microwave for 60 seconds

  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving
