Cajun Chicken and Bacon Salad

“Fresh, but with a kick, this isn’t your standard boring salad.”

 

Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 g Chicken Breast, butterflied and banged out

  • 1 Tsp Cajun Spice

  • 1 Strip of Bacon

  • 1/2 Banana

  • 1/4 Avocado

  • Green Salad

  • Shaved Carrot

  • Coconut & Lime Dressing

METHOD

  1. Heat olive oil in fry pan

  2. Season chicken with Cajun spice and cook through

  3. Cook bacon

  4. Place salad greens in a bowl; evenly top with banana slices and avocado slices

  5. Drizzle with dressing, then top with chicken and bacon

  6. Garnish with shaved carrots and enjoy
