Chia Seed Pudding

Servings: 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS - PLAIN BASE

  • 2 C Plant Based Milk - e.g. almond, coconut, hemp or cashew milk

  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Essence

  • 2 Tbs Maple Syrup

  • Dash Cinnamon

  • 3/4 C Chia Seeds

INGREDIENTS - FLAVOURED OPTIONS

You can mix up the above ‘plain’ option, by choosing a flavour mix in:

  • Chocolate - Add 1/4 C Cocoa Powder

  • Strawberry - Add 1/2 C Fresh Strawberries

  • PB & J - Add 3 Tbs of 100% Peanut Butter and 2 Tbs of 100% Natural Strawberry Jam

METHOD

  1. Blend all ingredients (including flavoured ingredients, if not making plain version) except the chia seeds in a blender until smooth

  2. Fold in chia seeds

  3. Pour mixture evenly into two - three glasses or jars and place in refrigerator for at least 5 hours (or overnight) to set

You may also wish to top your chia pudding with berries, sliced banana or other such garnish.
