INGREDIENTS

• 25 g good quality dark chocolate (or if you want a flavoured version try something like this dark orange coco chocolate from Cadbury)

• 1 Tbs Coconut Oil

• Ice-cream or ice-cream alternative e.g.

  - Halo Top

  - Zilch

  - IsoCream

  - Little Island Organic Coconut Ice-Cream

  - Oob Organic Ice-Cream

METHOD

1. Break the chocolate into small chunks

2. Put the chocolate chunks and coconut oil into a microwave safe jug

3. Microwave the mixture in 30-second bursts, stirring in between, until chocolate has completed melted

4. Pour over your preferred ice-cream or ice-cream alternative
