Air Fried Chicken

“My take on K-Fry”

 

Servings: 3

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g Chicken Tenderloins or Sliced Chicken Breast

  • 2 Whole Eggs

  • 1 - 2 Cups Breadcrumbs (regular, wholewheat or panko)

  • 2/3 Tbs Salt

  • 1/2 Tbs Thyme

  • 1/2 Tbs Basil

  • 1/3 Tbs Oregano

  • 1 Tsp Celery Salt

  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper

  • 1 Tsp Dried Mustard

  • 4 Tbs Paprika

  • 2 Tbs Garlic Salt

METHOD

  1. Mix all DRY ingredients together in a large bowl

  2. Drizzle olive oil in the air fryer and turn on for 5 minutes to pre-heat the oil

  3. Whisk eggs in a separate bowl and then fully coat the chicken in the egg mixture

  4. Coat the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture and set aside

  5. When the air fryer stops, place all the chicken in it, tilt the air fryer (if yours has that option) and cook for 30 minutes

  6. Enjoy on their own, or with your favourite side
