INGREDIENTS
1 Frozen Banana
2 Scoops of Clean Lean Protein [use code RSF15 for 15% off your order]
1 Tbs Cocoa Powder
1 Small Handful of Spinach or Kale [you won’t even taste it, don’t worry!]
60 ml Natural Yoghurt (I like this one by De Winkel) [or coconut or almond alternative]
100 ml Almond Milk [or your preferred milk of choice]
Nut Mix In’s: 1 Tbs Peanut Butter OR 1 Tbs PB2 Powder OR 2 Tbs Raw Mixed Nuts
Optional Mix In’s: 1 Tbs Linseed, 1 Tbs Chia Seeds
METHOD
Break the banana into chunks
In a nutri bullet mix all the ingredients together (plus your choice of mix in’s) until smooth
